Charle’s Law

Charle’s Law (1802):

This law states that, “For a given quantity of a gas, at constant pressure, the volume is directly proportional to absolute temperature”.

I.e.

V \propto T (At constant pressure)

Or, \dfrac{V}{T} = K (constant)

Or, \dfrac{V_1}{T_1} = \dfrac{V_2}{T_2}

\left(\dfrac{dV}{dT} \right)_P = K
